I’m sad to report I have been under the weather for well over a week now & it doesnt seem to be showing any signs of stopping. This is also largely problematic as many of my twitter followers know, I am supposed to be in the first phase of my half marathon training. Needless to say, its going no where right now. Anywho… Whilst I am not able to bring the heat on another amazing post, allow me to cast light on those who can today!
